Half Height Black Glossy Wellies - Wide Foot and Ankle

Havent worn any wellies or years, wanted them for muddly countryside where I live, also to be able to walk round the garden when its too icy around footpaths out on main road.

I asked Clarks shoes to measure my feet came up as a size 6g. Decided to try a size 7 wide foot and ankle. Though they are as described very wide and roomy, i was still amazed i could get my feet into them. Because my feet are very wide more recently have to wear a size 7, now a size 8 trainer, but even the usual ones seem to be noe made much narrower. The wellies were to big, nearly fell over with them as i went over on one foot even adjusting the strap didn't help, not as flat as I thought. Insoles and thicker socks don't think would have helped.

Very disappointed with yodel courier service who were suppose to be returning them they appear to have been incorrectly rerouted and now lost as they can't locate wth the tracking numbers I have JILeon advises that yodel is less expensive option for return but having checked there was under a 50p different to return by royal mail. Compensation via yodel won't cover the cost of the boots bought and its going to ages to get anywhere with it. Therefore depending on your access to a post office the post office might be a better idea.

Therefore lovely boots but not for me, shame there isnt a local outet near me because i would like to have tried a small size.
